Payment and Insurance We accept a broad range of insurance plans including HMOs.  You may contact your insurance company or our office to verify coverage.  We ask that you be aware of what your insurance plan covers; including deductibles and co-payments.   You may pay by cash, check, or credit card. Co-payment is due at time service is rendered.  Please bring your insurance cards and picture ID with you to your appointment.  We ask that you notify us if your insurance coverage changes.
